Welcome to my shop!

This shop is run by one person – Nymla AKA Caroline! All of the items are packed by me personally and shipped from my home studio in Sweden.
Always see the full item description and images before checking out so that you know precisely what you are purchasing.
Note that I put a lot of effort into photographing my items accurately, but different computer monitors and screens show colors differently.

Payment

Accepted payment methods:
Credit card: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and AmEx – processed via Stripe.
Direct bank transfer: Sweden only. (Banköverföring till bankgirokonto.)

Currency:
This shop has Swedish Krona (Kr/SEK) as base currency.
You can change to, and also check-out and pay, in one of these currencies: SEK, EURO, USD, GBP, AUD, CAD.
If your local currency is not listed, you can still shop from me! You can check-out and pay in a non local currency and it will be converted for you when the money is deducted from your card/bank.

United Kingdom:
Because of new rules since Brexit, unfortunately I can not accept orders with item value (excluding shipping) under 135 GBP / 1600 SEK from the UK and Northern Ireland.

Shipping

I ship almost worldwide.
I can currently not ship to these countries:
Russia, Belarus, Afghanistan, Bolivia, Haiti, Honduras, Laos, Libera, Libya, Mauritania, Mayotte, Saint Barthelemy, Saint Martin (French part), Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Somalia, Sudan, Venezuela, Wallis and Futuna.

I will ship your item/s 2-5 workdays (depending on my workload) after payment is complete. Sweden has no post service on weekends.

I ship with Swedish PostNord service. Packages being shipped outside of Europe may be held in your local customs agency for up to 6 weeks. This almost never happens but good to be aware of.

International customers are responsible for ensuring the goods are acceptable in their country and for payment of all local taxes, customs duty, processing and import fees.

Insurance
Once I have handed your package over to the shipping carrier, I have no control over it.
But in my experience it is extremely rare that a package does not make it intact to the recipient.

If you wish to insure your package, you can choose this shipping method at cart/checkout, if your item value is not greater than the max value specified.
If the max value is exceeded, the package can not be insured.

Returns

I accept cancellations/returns.
Please inform me of cancellation of your order via email within 2 days of purchase.

Inform me of a return via email within 14 days of delivery. Send the email to: mail[at]nymla.se
Items must be shipped back within 21 days of delivery in a resaleable condition, ie. original packaging, clean, undamaged and unused.
The customer must pay for the return shipping costs. I recommend to use a service with insurance and proof of posting and delivery. I cannot refund any import duties and similar fees that you might have paid to receive the package to your country.
I can not accept returns for custom/personalized orders or digital downloads.

Damaged items may be replaced, repaired, fully or partially refunded. If you receive a damaged item please contact me immediately, before making any faulty goods returns, and I will do all I can to solve the problem with you!
